Greetings,
As the season turns and we begin looking toward the close of 2025, it’s been a busy and inspiring time at MDT. From strategic planning to community impact, the past few months have been filled with meaningful progress and momentum for the future.
This Fall, we’ve begun Q4 and budget planning, laying the groundwork for the year ahead. We also hosted our 2025 Board Planning Conference, an offsite meeting dedicated to charting MDT’s strategy and key initiatives. These conversations will guide how we continue supporting our credit union community with innovation, flexibility, and long-term vision.
One of the most exciting developments has been progress on our Custom Development Project, our very first custom code initiative and our first venture into cloud code hosting. It’s a milestone that expands the way MDT can support credit unions with flexible, forward-looking technology.
We’re also proud to welcome four new partners: Cherokee Strip Credit Union (Oklahoma), Shoreline Hometown Credit Union (Wisconsin), Diversified Members Credit Union (Michigan), and Champions First Credit Union (Florida). Together, they represent nearly 80,000 members and $1.2 billion in assets, strengthening the credit union movement we’re honored to serve.
Beyond strategy and growth, we’ve continued giving back to the community – supporting ReJoyceful Animal Rescue, participating in the Alzheimer’s Walk at the Detroit Zoo, and partnering with Alliance Catholic Credit Union to host a Red Cross blood drive.
As the holidays approach, we’re grateful for your continued partnership and excited to carry this energy into the year ahead.
Warmly,
Chris Kowal
