Rick Wettlaufer joined MDT in 2006 and has never looked back since. For nearly two decades, he has served in various positions across the company, from Customer Care Representative to office administrator to Vice President of Client Success, his current role. In this position, he oversees MDT’s Contact Center, Client Services and Client Relations teams.
A Michigan native, Rick received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Northern Michigan University.
Rick stays busy both in his professional and personal life. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys spending time on a boat in the warmer months and heading up north to tear up snowmobile trails in the winter.
Rick also enjoys playing golf. A little over a year ago, he got married, became a stepfather to two little girls, bought a house and got a new puppy, Koda. How’s that for keeping busy!
