Benefits

  • Eligible the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
  • MDT pays 100% of the premium for full time employees (minimum 30 hours per week) and their dependents
  • 401(k) eligibility the 1st of the month after 1 year of employment and completion of 1,000 hours of service; MDT matches 100% of the first 4% of Employee Contributions
  • MDT also provides 3% in the form of a Safe Harbor, or non-elective contribution. A Roth 401(k) option is also available.
  • Paid time off (PTO) based on hours worked and tenure (available to full and part time employees)
  • 9 paid holidays annually
  • Eligible the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment for both short term and long term disability
  • Employer paid premium for 1x your annual salary, AD&D plan; full time employees are eligible the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
  • Additional employee paid coverage is available for full time employees and their dependents, available the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
  • Full time employees are eligible the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. FSA is available for both qualified dependent care and medical expenses.
  • Free access to the Employee Assistance Program for employees and their family; provides help with issues related to relationships, substance abuse, stress, anxiety, problems at work, financial concerns, child or elder care, wellness goals, and legal.
  • Employee-paid Vision for Full Time employees 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
  • Bereavement and Jury Duty pay
  • Additional paid time off available each month for a personal appointment
  • Flexible scheduling and option to occasionally work remotely available, dependent on position
