Jennifer Lee, Vice President of Software & Data Services, entered the credit union industry in 2003 and quickly embraced the culture and its unmatched service to members as well as the overall credit union philosophy of people helping people. Thriving in this environment, she also held positions as a member service representative, lead conversion trainer, IT liaison, and marketing guru.

Jen joined MDT in 2009 and currently leads the Software Services, Application Support and Data Analytics teams who are tasked with helping credit unions better analyze their data and more effectively leverage today’s available technology. Her success stems from her passion to motivate people and help them reach their full potential.

Jen has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Management, both from Davenport University in her beloved state of Michigan. Completing both degrees online helped her to both sharpen her technological skill set and develop a deep appreciation for the capabilities of technology, both of which serve her well in her position as a leader in a technical services organization.

In addition to her love of Michigan, Jen loves her family and travel, and she really enjoys one great outdoor adventure after another with her husband and young son. She really loves all the lakes and surrounding areas in – you guessed it! – Michigan, and when she goes to explore them, Jen’s adventure meter pulses with potential! She just about swoons at the thought of exploring, hiking, biking, boating, snowshoeing… in that magical playground that serves up a generous helping of all four seasons. Also, as a lover of quaint foodie towns, she looks forward to eating her way through all the little nooks and crannies that are scattered throughout the state, and she will certainly build up a steady appetite with all that fresh air activity!

When Mother Nature demands a respite from Jen’s constant go-go-go, Jen loves to read, cook with her son, and recharge her own batteries with yoga, meditation and other health and wellness practices. Her personal mantra is, “In a world where you can be anything, be kind,” and those of you who know her know that she excels at living her mantra. Jen is passionate about modern motherhood, and she is in awe of career-driven women who know they are enough. She is pretty awe-inspiring herself.
