Tru Treasury

Banno Video Chat and Screen Share
The Banno Digital Banking Platform continues to evolve and provide the best user experience possible. Our latest add-on, Banno’s Video Chat and Screen Sharing, allows credit unions to talk face-to-face with members. With the screen-sharing option, members can receive direct assistance with their issues.
Please note that at this time, screen sharing cannot be used on the iOS or Android system but can be used with online or desktop systems such as Windows and MacOS. Also note that Banno Conversations must be enabled to use this add-on.
