MDT’s Product Management office works to continually bring you both new and updated product and service solutions to enhance your business, and we diligently communicate our ongoing plans and progress so you can plan accordingly.  We analyze, prioritize, validate, and deliver new product offerings through internal development and partnerships with third-party providers. Below is a recap of some of the important information we’ve shared and a few of the products and partnerships we have been working on in the first quarter of 2023.


Blumira and MDT Managed Data Sources

In Q1 2023, MDT extended our partnership with Global Telecom Solutions (GTS) to bring advanced security services to your credit union at an affordable price. Blumira is an all-in-one security tool that helps you prevent ransomware and breaches. This security tool can be used with MDT-managed data sources, like your credit union firewall. These logs can be ingested into Blumira or your third-party solution for improved threat visibility. Check out the March webinar recording on Compass to learn more.

Synergy eSign 2020.1 SP5 Upgrade

MDT has upgraded 17 clients to the latest release of Synergy eSign. This release includes a remote signer URL feature, an integration with Loan Vantage, enhancements to OCR accuracy, and improved audit reports which now include the sender email address and carbon-copied email addresses associated with the remote sessions. Redefining Compliance One YES! at a Time

Comply-YES! is a CUSO providing compliance support and services to credit unions that are solution-driven, relationship-focused, and aligned with the credit union’s strategy in mind. Compliance industry experts can manage a

credit union’s compliance program, allowing them to focus on their members.  Originating from an MDT innovation challenge, this partnership is designed to take away the stress of compliance management for MDT clients.

Comply-YES! is a consultant service, not software or an application.  A member of the Comply-YES! staff will work directly with your credit union to meet compliance needs.  There are three options available to MDT Clients:

  • All-Inclusive – a full-service model where the credit union purchases hours and Comply-YES! performs compliance work for your credit union.
  • A la Carte – a project based on a one-time engagement model. If you need assistance on a specific compliance task or project, Comply-YES! will perform the work for you.
  • Audit – Comply-YES! will perform any compliance-related audit.
