Member Driven Technologies (MDT) is proud to announce the addition of three credit unions who have signed to convert their core processing to Symitar Episys via the MDT credit union-owned service organization (CUSO) solution.  These credit unions are scheduled to convert in 2014 and the contract signings brings MDT’s number of total clients to 151.

Horizons North Credit Union (www.hncu.org), of Northglenn, CO has signed to convert to Symitar/MDT from Fiserv – XP2.  HNCU was founded in May, 1960 as the School District 12 Credit Union.  In November of 2000, the credit union changed their name to Horizons North Credit Union to better represent all segment groups of their membership.  HNCU is proud to be a full service financial institution serving the needs of the Metro North Denver area, specifically the staff, students, and parents of the Adams 12 Five Star School District for the past 53 years.  HNCU serves over 8,000 members with assets totaling $70 million.  Brad Harvey currently serves as their President/CEO.

Team One Credit Union (www.teamonecu.org) with seven branches located throughout Saginaw, Bay City and in the ‘Thumb’ area of Michigan has signed to convert to Symitar/MDT from Fiserv – Advantage.  In 1935, Team One Credit Union was originally organized by a group of 15 teachers as Saginaw Teachers Club Credit Union.  Formed to fill a need as a place where teachers could receive financial assistance at reasonable rates, the purpose of this credit union still encourages thrift (savings) among their members today.  Team One Credit Union serves 35,064 members with $384 Million in assets. Gerald Hutto is their President/CEO.

Tucson Old Pueblo Credit Union (www.topcu.org) with three offices in Tucson, Arizona has signed to convert to Symitar/MDT from Fiserv – Advantage.  TOPCU is MDT’s first credit union served in the state of Arizona.  In 1935, Tucson Old Pueblo Credit Union was initially established as “Tucson Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union” by the city firefighters, serving them and other City of Tucson employees.  In 1982, after obtaining a state charter, the credit union name was changed to “Tucson Employees Credit Union,” and finally in 1996, TOPCU changed their by-laws to offer financial services to all individuals recommended for membership by a current member, and changed their name to the present “Tucson Old Pueblo Credit Union.”  TOPCU currently serves 11,500 members with assets of $135 Million.  G. Vernon Babilon is their President/CEO.
