Text-based member service, enabled through MEA’s enterprise solution Text Concierge, will allow MDT clients to engage their members via the standard text app available on mobile phones. The solution also offers the ability to channel other nontraditional communication methods into a single repository for both conversational replies and archive. Working as partners in this offering, MDT and MEA have completed the integration to the Symitar Episys core solution along with installing the Text Concierge solution at MDT. This new offering will provide MDT’s clients with the added benefit of easy access to Text Concierge through existing MDT connections as well as the security benefit of all data being stored at MDT.
