Business Analyst Intern – Farmington Hills, MI

Pay Range: $15.00 – $20.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Purpose

The Business Analyst Intern will work independently and with a team to support the company’s Project Management team. This position is responsible for opening project-related tickets, drafting communications, tracking outstanding client and vendor tasks, and assisting with project related action items. The Business Analyst Intern will work directly with the Project Management team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Open client-facing tickets for project-related tasks.
  • Carefully draft client and stakeholder communications in ticketing system and email.
  • Meet with internal resources to draft roles and responsibilities for projects.
  • Track outstanding tasks for projects and follow up with stakeholders
  • Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Complete special projects and all other duties as required or assigned.
  • Complete PMO documentation

Minimum Education Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with others to complete tasks.

Working Conditions

• Summer internship with a Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm schedule with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
• No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions (such as in a typical office).
• Hybrid environment with the opportunity to work primarily remotely with 5 days scheduled in the office per month.
• Long duration of computer workstation usage.
