Member Driven Technologies was formed as a CUSO (Credit Union Service Organization).  We started as a discussion between two groups of Michigan credit unions with a similar idea of sharing IT costs.

These two groups of credit unions decided to combine their efforts and create the organization acting as initial owners and primary funding sources for the start up.
